ABOUT ME

DSCF9098-Edit.jpg

Hello, I'm Sarah. As a mama myself, I know how tricky and overwhelming it can be to take care of our little ones. In fact, I was blindsided by how painful breastfeeding was with my baby girl. After she grew older I wanted to help support parents. I became a Certified Lactation Counselor and then I started Latch On, Latch Off. Because of my Health Science degree and background in activism, I see my clients needs through a systemic and mental health lens. I lead with a parent-centered approach. Although I may not know your family and unique circumstances, I am an expert on helping you with infant feeding support. I provide accurate information and practical skills to empower you as a parent. Whether you want to breastfeed, formula-feed, bottle-feed, cup-feed, pump and/or a combination of things--I'm here for you. As long as you have a phone or a laptop, I can help you remotely anywhere in the US. In addition to this, I teach private virtual breastfeeding classes for expecting parents or parents of a newborn.

Warmly,

Sarah Bridges, CLC

I'm so grateful for Sarah! I was struggling to wean my toddler from breastfeeding, so I reached out to her. She was knowledgeable, considerate, and supportive when I was feeling very frustrated. She gave me clear instructions, and even followed up with me which made me feel like she genuinely wanted us to succeed. I definitely recommend Sarah to anybody who needs help!
