I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Postpartum Support, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby. In the class, I'll teach you how to sooth your baby to help them be more able to latch on, I'll teach you how to detect hunger cues so you know when to feed your infant, we'll talk about pumping methods and different feeding options, how to create the optimal latch so breastfeeding is not painful and a lot more.
